TurboJet's jet head narrows that same opening significantly, so the same volume of water is forced out through a smaller space — which physically increases its exit velocity and impact force. That's the entire mechanism: no motor, no stored pressure, no chemicals. Turn off the tap and the effect stops instantly.

Where the name comes from

"TurboJet" describes what the water does as it leaves the nozzle — a fast, concentrated jet, similar in plain-English spirit to how a turbo boosts an engine's air intake. It's a descriptive product name for a garden tool, not a reference to jet engines, aircraft or any kind of vessel, and the product has no connection to any of those things.
