Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and Australian shipping address so we can process and deliver it. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and pages viewed, which helps us keep the site working.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. We never see or store your full card number, expiry or security code. We retain only a payment reference so we can match your order to its payment and issue refunds.

• To send marketing emails only where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery carriers, and our email and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Order data is stored in access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders and provide support. We keep order records for as long as required for tax and consumer-law purposes.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local browser storage to remember your selected bundle and checkout details so you don't lose progress. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email support@turbojetau.com and we'll respond within a reasonable period. If you're unhappy with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
