What to include

• Your order number, if your message is about an existing order.
• The email address you used at checkout.
• For faults or damage, a couple of clear photos.
• For fit questions, the brand or type of tap and hose you're using.

Common requests

• Where is my order? Check your tracking email first, then message us if tracking hasn't moved for five business days.
• I want a refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions.
• Will it fit my tap? Tell us your tap and hose type and we'll confirm before you order.
