The terms that apply when you order from TurboJet Australia.
About these terms
By ordering from turbojetau.com you agree to these terms. They apply alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We may change prices or promotions at any time, but the price shown when you complete your order is the price you pay.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if the item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we can't verify the payment or delivery address.
Delivery
We ship to Australian addresses only. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed, and depend on the carrier. Risk passes to you on delivery; if a parcel is lost in transit we replace or refund it.
Safe use of the product
TurboJet produces a concentrated water stream. Never aim it at people, pets, electrical fittings or wiring. Wear eye protection, keep your footing on wet surfaces, and test on an inconspicuous area before cleaning delicate surfaces such as paint, timber, tinted glass or insect screens. You're responsible for complying with local water restrictions. We aren't liable for damage caused by misuse or by ignoring these instructions.
Product claims
Performance figures describe typical results with standard Australian mains pressure and a standard garden hose. Actual pressure and coverage vary with your water supply, hose diameter and length. TurboJet is a hose-powered nozzle and is not a substitute for a petrol or electric pressure washer on heavy-duty tasks.
Warranty and returns
Every order includes our 30-day money-back guarantee. Faulty items are replaced or refunded. See the returns page for the full process.
Intellectual property
The content, images and branding on this site are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the amount you paid. Nothing here limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under Australian Consumer Law.
