Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched from within Australia on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out on the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Shipping cost

Free on every order and every bundle size, including the single unit. There are no handling fees and no surcharges at checkout — the total shown is the total charged, in Australian dollars with GST included.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No. This store serves Australian customers only, which is why checkout accepts Australian addresses and states exclusively.

Missing or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for five business days, email support@turbojetau.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect address

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If the parcel hasn't been dispatched we can correct the address; once it's in the carrier network we'll help you redirect it where the carrier allows.
