The 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund for any reason. The unit can be used — we expect you to test it properly — but it should be returned complete, with both nozzle heads and the connector.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@turbojetau.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with a return address and a short reference to include in the parcel.
3. Post the item back using any tracked service.
4. Once it arrives, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Who pays return postage?

For change-of-mind returns you cover the return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover it, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund including shipping.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement without asking you to return the damaged unit first.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our guarantee sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched we cancel and refund it immediately; if it has already shipped, treat it as a standard 30-day return.
